1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms govern access to MyBlocks Manhattan, its app, website and features. The operator and support channels are identified in the Privacy Policy and contact area.

Acceptance is an explicit action tied to the version presented. The record identifies the document version, digital fingerprint and acceptance date. Receiving an email or certificate does not constitute acceptance.

2. Account and security

Provide accurate information, keep your email current and protect your credentials. Using another person’s account, fraudulent transactions and bypassing security controls are prohibited. Minors must be represented or assisted by their legal guardian as required by applicable law.

3. Nature of digital spaces

Blocks, city blocks and other spaces offered in MyBlocks Manhattan are virtual elements intended exclusively for use within the platform. Acquiring them does not confer ownership, possession or any right over physical real estate.

References to property, owners, acquisitions and certificates describe a user’s relationship with digital game spaces. They enable available features under platform rules and do not constitute a property deed, land registration, equity interest or financial investment.

4. B$, acquisitions and trading

B$ are virtual coins for use in MyBlocks Manhattan. Quantities, prices, fees and transaction conditions are shown before confirmation. B$ are not official currency, bank deposits or a promise of returns, appreciation, liquidity or redemption for money.

Android purchases are processed by Google Play and credited after payment verification. Transfers and marketplace sales follow the conditions presented and may change the holder of digital spaces. Certificates and receipts preserve transaction history and do not guarantee unchanged ownership afterward.

5. Content and conduct

Users are responsible for their content and must hold the necessary rights and permissions. Illegal content, infringement, fraud, abuse and attempts to compromise the platform are prohibited. The administration may review reports, moderate content and restrict irregular activity, with notice and an opportunity to provide clarification where appropriate.

6. Availability and duration

The right to use digital spaces is tied to the existence and operation of the game and website under these Terms. The platform may undergo changes, maintenance, interruptions or eventual discontinuation. Uninterrupted availability or indefinite maintenance is not promised.

The absence of a perpetual-service commitment does not excuse failure to meet obligations or remove rights granted by applicable law. Material changes or planned closure will be subject to applicable information duties and reasonable advance notice where feasible, and legally required measures concerning pending transactions, records, balances and any refunds.

7. Payments, cancellations and consumer rights

Google Play billing inquiries may be addressed through the store or MyBlocks support as appropriate. Operational rules do not replace applicable legal rights to withdraw, remedy defects, dispute charges or receive refunds. These Terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Privacy and records

Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy. Emails, receipts and certificates may report acceptance actually recorded, without asserting consent that was never given. Public owner cards require the separate publishing choice provided by the platform.

9. Changes, account closure and support

Later Terms will carry a new version and remain available for review. Material changes may require renewed acceptance and do not retrospectively rewrite earlier transactions or acceptance records.

Users may request support or account deletion through the Privacy Policy’s contact channels, subject to legal retention requirements and resolution of pending matters. Applicable laws, consumer protections and jurisdiction rules preserving user rights remain in force.
